Wondertex Masonry repair filler

Shrink-free interior-exterior repair filler with high adhesion for: filling holes and cracks, pointing, cellular concrete, repairing cornices, window reveals, sticking hinges and pins, filling facades, rough casting, building blocks.

COMPOSITION AND APPEARANCE :

• Cement-based powder filler containing sand, resin and various additives.
• The resulting mix is grey.

SUBSTRATES :

• Any type of clean, sound, dry, dust-free substrates free of all traces of oil : masonry, concrete cement render.
• The substrate must not be frozen or overheated.It should be dry, stable and dust-free, and additionally degreased and primed if necessary.

COVERING AFTER USE :

• Can be covered with any type of paint, plaster-based and finishing fillers, cement or polymer render fillers.

PRECAUTION FOR USE :

• Do not apply to plaster, old paintwork and old polymer render fillers.
• Do not use mix that has begun to set.
• Do not apply to flooring.
• Product labelled as hazardous.Contains cement: gloves should be worn.

MIXING : 

• Approximately 0.45 L of water per 1.5 kg bag
• 1.5 L of water per 5 kg bag
• 4.5 L of water per 15 kg bag.

DRYING TIME : 

• Depends on substrate, weather conditions and application thickness, approximately 12 hours for a 1 mm layer

STORAGE :

• 6 months in unopened original packing protected from damp.
